Because each piece is made in small batches and often made to order, all sales are final. Please double-check your size and email us with questions before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Eksconcepts(at)gmail.com.  We’ll gladly offer a repair, exchange, or store credit.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for fit, change of mind, or minor variations in color or stitching that result from the handmade process.
